One of my New Year's Resolutions is to continue to focus on my skincare regime and look and feel great! This is the second in a series on Product Tips for Luscious Lips. I will try to avoid specific product or brand recommendations, as there are countless products that can address most of these tips. Instead, my intent is to focus more on the product/technique to show you how each tip can help you create more luscious lips with any brand of your choice!

Luscious Lip Product Tip #2:
Lipstick Primer can help extend the life of your lip color. Primer can also help to fill small lines to make lips look healthier and younger, too.
As advised in the last product tip for luscious lips, lip liner can be used as a type of primer if applied over your lips. This is certainly one way to help you lipstick last longer.
Another trick that a friend who was once a makeup artist taught me was to apply my foundation on my lips as well. The foundation would act as a base to which the lip liner and lipstick could adhere.
And, of course, there are a variety of lip primer products from different cosmetic companies. Your best bet is to try to find some samples and experiment with one that works best for you. Many cosmetic counters will also assist you with a luscious lip makeover and apply primer for you to "test drive".
